Merge duplicate cases with Astrea Case Merge, a Salesforce native lighting component which supports a point and click interface that is simple and easy to use. This component helps administrators merge duplicate cases within the parent case and keeps track of case communication such as comments, files, email messages and attachments. In order to use the component administrators will need to select specific criteria such as contact, subject, priority, origin and created date range.
