This component helps administrators merge duplicate cases within the parent case and keeps track of case communication such as comments, files, email messages and attachments. In order to use the component administrators will need to select specific criteria such as contact, subject, priority, origin and created date range. In order for this component to function properly you must enable ‘My Domain’ in the Salesforce Org.
