  • 🤔
    Average - rated users

Web-based platform is a positive aspect of athenaOne, but navigating the chart can be cumbersome at times.

  • 👎
    Low - rated users

athenaOne has several organizational features that are well done, but the product is glitchy and outdated. The medication refill system is abysmal and the medication lists are difficult to manage. The system interfaces poorly with outside labs, pharmacies, hospitals, and other clinics. The product requires too much daily maintenance work to keep organized and there is no helpful customer or IT support.
