Remote access to routers/switches/devices that do not have their own cloud management. Custom alerting. Integration with our Autotask, our PSA (Ticketing) system. Dynamic network maps. Layer 1 to Layer 3 visibility. Some of the MIBs are not fully developed yet. As a relatively new product in the market there is some maturity to come as products are added and integrations and support deepen for existing products.

There is a LOT of data that it captures and displays. You can see much in the dashboard and the various sub sections have a lot of detail on the individual devices. The interface is VERY busy. To the point that there is almost too much data. It takes some work to get things in a place you want them to be and Auvik can be expensive. The interface isn't very intuitive, but it does perform well.

I have used many network monitoring tools in the past. Auvik has the best discovery mechanism I have used. The UI is clean and intuitive. I like the pricing structure. There are 2 tiers. Other vendors require multiple add-ons to get the same functionality.I would like to do more reporting from within Auvik. For extended reporting, you will need to use Microsoft Power BI. Also, setting up alerts is very easy. However, the alerts could be more customizable.
