Customer support is incredible. Seasonal staff on boarding is great.The cabin assignment module is pretty clunky. Many of the simple reports require too many steps to be easily taught to seasonal staff. The program looks and acts like it was made 10 years ago. The mobile app is limited in functionality and crashes often.
