Charitylog is used by over 800 third sector organizations in the UK who provide services to clients in a variety of ways and have to keep track of case notes, impact and outcomes and report to funders. It is very configurable which means that, although it is pre-configured, it is possible to tailor the screens and data entry around the specific needs of the charity. This provides the flexibility charities need in order to manage the diverse services they may be providing. It is fully cloud based and securely hosted in the UK. It also provides a framework to ensure GDPR compliance. There is a wide range of reports, notably the Key Performance Indicators which provide the diverse numerical breakdowns of the activities. There are versions to suit charities small and large and the pricing model is not based on user licenses.
