Check an Invoice is a SaaS application that focuses on identifying fraudulent activity in an invoice. It has been designed to easily fit into the accounts payable workflow of an organisation and provides end to end automation. When the customer receives an invoice from the supplier for payment, they can simply auto-forward the email to a designated email address provided by CAI. Once received, we scan every email and invoice for different data points to identify exceptions and alert the customer. Exceptions can be classified into two types: Once the exceptions have been identified by the software, the customer has complete control over how they want to action it. They can choose to override the exception and pay the invoice if they were aware of the changes being made to the invoice. Or they can choose to mark it as fraud in the event that an invoice fraud attack is suspected. All clean invoices are then auto-uploaded to the customer’s ERP providing complete automation to the workflow.
