The software has become less user-friendly and some report features are confusing. The video tutorials are helpful but can be time-consuming. The support team is friendly but sometimes it's hard to explain the problem. The cost of support is also expensive. A 2-day training option or someone to work with to clean up errors would be helpful.

Church Windows has all the necessary features for tracking giving, maintaining membership records, and organizing volunteers. The user interface could use a facelift, but it's not a major issue. It's efficient and has replaced the old pen and paper method.
