An indispensable program for administrators or IT technicians, keeps track of all the company network products in order. It allows in advance to intervene by the customer in case of failures, the app is easy and intuitive, allows you to have alerts of what happens in the network in real time! Forwarding have recently opened to third-party developers this means the possibility of integrating or having many innovations in terms of integration, from the asset software to the hw asset, I am confident that these indispensable functions will soon arrive! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! It was a long time since I was looking for a similar product.I have not seen any obvious defects, the only improvement I can recommend, to lighten up the old-style PC graphics.

Onboarding is straight forward. Pricing is on a per-agent basis, which is convenient for MSPs.Mapping feature relies on SNMP compatibility and works only for specific brands. Would like to be able to manually edit diagrams.

Low - rated users

The network map, which is an excellent feature for both remote and on site jobs. Another userful feature is the ability to monitor the devices and create custom alerts on ticketing systems, email, telegram and much more. It is very customizable.Desktop app is a bit laggy when you manage many devices, and that's why I use mostly the web version. One thing that could do better, is when a switch or network device is not fully supported. It could be noticed in a clearer way in my opinion. At the moment I try to update firmware and settings, but a clear advice would be useful.
