Elvanto provides everything in one system, including child check-in, accounting, communications, booking venues, and volunteer follow-up. It is recommended to have a dedicated technician for the first 2 years to help integrate.Child check-in only supports one printer, doesn't work well with Macs, and tech support is limited. Parents still struggle with the system after 3 years. Bookings allow users to double book spaces without flagging problems to overseers. Accounting is too complicated for some users. Volunteer management is limited for inconsistent teams.
