The emfluence Platform has breadth of features and ease of use. Composing emails and creating custom email templates in emfluence is great.I wish the system had more website tracking integrations for on-site behavior retargeting.

I liked how easy it was to access emails, make copies, and track analytics. There are so many different metrics rolled into one program and it makes it easy to connect your campaigns and assess progress.The user experience is a little lacking. To build templates and edit content blocks you really need someone with coding experience to get the design where it needs to be.
