We have solved the problem of duplicate reservations for space and building resources because e-Space lets you know before the reservation is submitted if there is a conflict.One minus with e-Space is that it takes time to transition to it. Another minus is the approval process. When a room or resource is reserved for an event or meeting and submitted, the e-Space administrator pre-approves the meeting. It is then sent to other sub-administrators for approval. Once approved by them, the meeting/event goes on the calendar. But, if you change the details of the event/meeting (time, date, number of attendees, etc.), the approval process starts over.

I like the tracking portion of the software and the audit trail.I wish eSpace has more features to the software like chat support and a knowledge/wiki and a asset tracker.
