EveryAction provides excellent all-around account management and its product has evolved and improved along with the organization's growth and digital strategies. The robust list creating feature, email editor, donation forms, and reporting center are highlights of the product.The product was initially too sophisticated for less tech-savvy staff members, but recent improvements to help documentation and webinar offerings have allowed staff to train themselves and get one-on-one support after nailing the basics.

EveryAction has flexibility with tags, creating lists, and managing users and user profiles.Online actions, email performance reports, spreadsheet-like views to edit info, and duplicates are some of the cons. Bulk upload matching and selecting what to match on can also be challenging.
