FieldSync Health is a home health care solution that documents patient care and manages staff activities for clients, including home health agencies and therapy providers. Users can enter a daily task list with each patient’s medical needs. Instructions can be entered in individual tasks and caregivers are able to leave electronic signatures once those tasks are completed.
