Foothold's Awards program is easy to use and has made the management of agencies much easier. Tech support is great and everything needed to provide services is easily in one place.At this point, there are no issues with the software.

Awards is easy to use for front line staff and the ability to customize reports and build forms is great for administrators.Some areas of the software are old and clunky and the response to updating them isn't great. The administrator functionality could be better with access to a dashboard.
