Customer support team is appreciated and always ready to improve. Pro vote feature is ingenious.The name is limiting and should be revised.

Good scheduling function with easy resource management.Cannot create legally binding contracts, invoicing cannot be customized, messaging cannot be customized, integration with Quickbooks is a daily challenge, search function is problematic, confusing job and invoice terminology.
