The software has been serving the user well since 1999. There is quick support both online and by phone. The team is responsive to suggestions for improvements.Some forms and reports are set up more from a congregational perspective than for a synod.

There are a large number of reports available and it is easy to mail out statements to stewards.Some simple fixes are still not done. The check number field does not accommodate the number of digits. Entering deposits takes longer than in QuickBooks. Deposit batches that need to be edited are assigned a new batch number. Some fields do not accept characters like / so dates must be typed out.

Low - rated users
The accounting segment is incredibly robust and allows full operational control. The integration between donation tracking and accounting is also a wonderful feature. The customer service is very good at responding to questions and concerns.There is very little to dislike about ICON. Some features are still being refined and upgraded.
