IMed is dedicated to their system being somewhat adaptable to any practice/organization. Customer serves is TOP NOTCH.SNOMED codes versus ICD-10, and the chart doesn’t store ICD-10 codes in history.

It is easy to use and easy to train new employees on, I like the format.In the encounter, where you put in the exam, its is not detailed enough with the anatomy to decide where to put things, for example, in female there is bladder and CVA, in male, there is no bladder. Things like that can be improved for the provider.
