We provide skills management tools to organisations private and public. Our main purpose is to assist in the development of skills following formal skills frameworks such as SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age). ITSA Extra our B2B assessment software product for the IT industry that helps businesses deliver self-assessments to customers in a secure and intuitive tool. Using SFIA job roles can be mapped to SFIA allowing for a skills analysis through assessment between employee and managers. We recently completed a project for the British Army who adopted a skills framework but had it customised for their own specific skill sets.
