Advanced search is useful.Advanced search is the only useful way to reliably get information out. Lack of structure makes it difficult to complete even the simplest of tasks. Everything is too flat by default. Duplicate tickets are created because original tickets are too hard to find. Epics/stories/sub-tasks with sprints are inadequate. Grooming the backlog and writing searches takes too much time. Can't make a reminder in the future for a ticket. Reminders flood the user or they have to use an external product. .
