Users find data upload to be problematic, with some batches uploaded twice and the support team unable to rectify it. The system is difficult to view and filter, and creating reports is essentially impossible. Merge fields are basic and dysfunctional, and letters are only generated as a PDF without editing capability. The system automatically sends acknowledgements unless told otherwise. Overall, users recommend paying more for a slightly better system.
