    Limble's Work Request Portal is easy for all our employees to use. I sent out the link to the entire company, everyone bookmarked it, and now people can easily submit work requests. It did not require lengthy instructions or any assistance from our IT dept. We've also been very impressed with Limble's customer service. They are easy to reach, and always making improvements.There was an item on the work request portal that was unclear, but I mentioned it to Limble's customer support and it was fixed immediately.

    I mean, it is pretty cut and dry with exporting stuff into Limble. We are 100 % utilizing Limble at this point, and it takes care of itself. All of our technicians have said the enjoy using Limble. It is much simpler than our past CMMS.N/A.

    It seems like most everyone is getting the hang of using it. Not everyone on the team has the Limble app just yet. The nice thing with the system though is they all have access to utilize the desktop to where a lot of them didn't have that access before.So far so good. We've made awesome progress. There really isn't much for us that we dislike. We've been utilizing the system for about 3 months now with out any real issues.
