Customers like the texting feature and ease of use of LionDesk, but have experienced a lot of glitches and bugs in the system. The support team is unhelpful and unable to provide solutions to the issues reported. As a result, LionDesk is not solving any problems and is more of a hassle than it's worth.

Customers like the user interface and potential features of LionDesk, but dislike that it uses a third-party email vendor (SendGrid) that does not directly support clients of LionDesk. This has resulted in emails being sent to spam or junk folders, despite efforts to configure everything correctly. Customers suggest that LionDesk/SendGrid provide a list-unsubscribe, include a text copy with each email, align email domains, and provide sample DKIM and SPF settings based off LionDesk settings instead of SendGrid support links. Without functioning email, LionDesk is considered a crippled product.
