No information provided for high-rated segment.

  • 🤔
    Average - rated users

Litmos authoring tools and content library are valuable assets to the LMS. However, there have been issues with slow response time to tickets, such as an issue with ADP integration and removing terminated employees.

  • 👎
    Low - rated users

Easy to add and assign courses, easy for learners to access, and large library of content are pros of Litmos. However, reporting is a nightmare and often shows misinformation, reporting on Learning Paths is challenging, managers cannot easily pull clear, accurate reports on their teams, and the platform is very buggy. Support tickets are prioritized based on all customers' needs, and users may have difficulty distinguishing between mandatory, assigned, and optional courses. There is no good way to organize courses beyond categories, and the library of training is mostly text with images, not very engaging. The best courses are developed for the UK. Users may have courses cluttering their dashboard, and admins spend an inordinate amount of time investigating user issues and on the phone/email with Litmos support. As a result, they are hesitant to enable new features considering how many issues they have with basic features.
