  • 👍
    High - rated users

LogicMonitor's continuous improvement cycle is truly impressive, with new datasources being added to the library, new features in their mobile app, and new content in their training sessions. Their help-desk is also very helpful.Datasource creation can take a long time, and some advertised integrations may not exist yet.

    Average - rated users

LogicMonitor is an easy and intuitive tool with a lot of material available for consultation. It can monitor just about everything via the built-in sensors, and the option for custom sensors takes it to the next level. The dashboard is reliable and gives a picture of the network situation. There is a lot to configure and understand, and automation in the area of backup would be helpful.

  • 👎
