Easy to use and stores a great amount of data that is accessible at our fingertips. Acts as a one-stop-shop for dispatch, client database, employee information, invoicing, inventory, etc. Recently started using it for all of our warranty information which has been a huge time saver. Top-notch customer service.Not knowing all of its capabilities. Would like an owner's manual on everything that can be done with it. Lack of background information on what is all available.
