High - rated users

They have the best results in the industry. They detect the disposable and Catch-all to perfection.Nothing other than the pricing. I hope they will offer some better pricing. Everything else is top-notch already.

Low - rated users

When the software works well, it is very useful and helps us to make better use of our MA solutions as well as maintain data on an ongoing basis.The support is terrible. Known issues are not proactively reported which caused us to inaccurately tag and email thousands of contacts in the summer of 2021 (unacceptable). When we've had support questions, we message support and then wait days for a response via email. Troubleshooting articles are basically non-existent.
