High - rated users

Aspire is great! They have lots of different features, including their own exercise portal. The scheduling and booking is simple and very user friendly. The health record system takes a bit to get used to but once you figure it out it is very simple to navigate. It also comes with access to a bookkeeping software that is very simple to use!.Sometimes there are issues with the system linking to the bookkeeping software, but that is very easily fixed. Any issues I have had are dealt with by the team promptly.The mobile version still has some kinks to be worked out, but for the most part, it still does the trick.

The software is extremely buggy. Many issues with data not saving, data being duplicated, data being erased with no feedback that it was happening. There is numerous improvements that need to be made to the EMR but the developer seems to be completely focused on adding features and not improving the day to day experience.
