Very easy to setup out of the box and get running with their config site, TONS of features for something priced so low, very easy to use, LOVE the options, price is amazing. My two biggest issues have been call quality and spam calls, both of which COULD be issues from my end admittedadly, but not likely. I've got a very fast internet connection, and had no spam call issues before switching to ooma office. After the switch, I get 15 to 20 robo calls per day, and when I take calls I generally have to speak quite slowly so that words don't drop. Also, their tech support personnel leave a bit to be desired and take days to get back to you, IF at all, and only give you partial answers.

N/A.Customer service can be slow to respond and not always helpful. Some users have reported issues with call quality and spam calls.

Currently Ooma is not the company they were 5 years ago. Ooma use to be a great service. I used them for 12 years. However do not be decieved with the older reviews as they are not the same today.Customer service is non-existent. The upper management will say anything when in a tight spot, then forget they have said it. Their support does not provide accurate information. Told phones could be moved, just have to remove from ooma account, then afterwards say "no you cannot move the phones". If you would like to have frustration, choose ooma! Phones (with ooma name on them) fail to work. Several phones were replaced in just 3 months. Some issues are the handset mic going out, the light on buttons going out, the phone being online but the web interface stating the phone is offline, Dropped calls, "echoing" on calls sporadically - and the list goes on.
