Outplay presents tasks that are due within their sequences and allows you to send out pre-made and customized templates quickly and easily. It records everything to Pipedrive using Outplay's native integration, providing a high-level view of what's going on in all deals while keeping contact data siloed between sales reps.The learning curve when setting up the software was a bit tricky. The triggers and sequences are kept in a strange place and are not easily tested. Additionally, there were some issues with parts of the Pipedrive integration.
