Product is easy to use and tech support is quick to respond with helpful information.This product is great and I really can’t think of anything I like least about it.

You can easily tie credit cards to bidder numbers which makes awarding auction items a breeze. The quick sale function is also convenient for raffle tickets/wine pull type purchases. There are several great reports that you can pull with the click of a button that makes wrapping up your auction easy (well easier at least).You cannot pre-assign bidder numbers. While you have the ability to customize a homepage that you can direct your guests to, the set up of the homepage is a bit clunky and not very intuitive.

Ability to schedule and conduct an online auction with a geographically dispersed team.Many things work well. However, when you have a problem, getting it resolved is likely going to be highly frustrating. No matter how much information I provide, it is as if they read the first 4 words and have bucketed and prioritized our problem. It generally takes several email exchanges to get them out of the original assessment and to actually addressing the problem. This is in spite of me trying carefully to be succinct as to the problem. Then the pace of resolving the problem can be very frustrating while our auction is live for the two week period. Personally, I would switch platforms. I have just resorted to telling people that they must ensure everything is working prior to the auction because the likelihood of getting a problem resolved in the auction timeframe is not likely.To me the company is trying to offer too many services and at least the auction category is appearing to be a non-money maker and receiving only passing attention if any.
