The system is set up for convenience and easy to use. Virtual learning history and easy training assignment. AS9100 audits made easier with all data in one location.There are no real drawbacks to QT9. Each module is useful and thoughtfully created. The names for a few modules could be improved.

Ease of rolling out the product. Built-in forms are helpful. Calibration and Preventative Maintenance Modules are promising. Document control module works well.No customizability of modules and forms. No email reminders for overdue actions. No filtering of overdue items in Pareto analysis. Lackluster ad hoc reports. Multiple process approvers cannot make changes. Only exports to CSV files. Internal audit module only builds a schedule.
