Customers were initially attracted to the lower cost and trial period, but once they had more than 25 dogs, the bugs and workarounds made it not worth it. There were a lot of bugs, including recurring reservations disappearing and no way to recover the information. Customer service was not helpful and did not offer compensation. The software did not offer the ability to sell and keep track of half-day and full-day reservations as promised. The company was recently bought out and will not be offering any new features. Customers have switched to a different software that is more expensive but better. Array.Array.
