The presented solution model provides insurers with an effective tool for solving existing problems in external reporting that are typical for the industry in a sustainable and success-enhancing manner: A practice-oriented information design concept based on the IBCS® notation standard results in significant improvements regarding comprehensibility, and comparability of report contents. Highlights in the context of the high user-friendliness are the optional self-service BI and above all the possibility to create meaningful and IBCS®-compliant representations in a short period of time, even without in-depth technical knowledge.
