    Service Assistant has many different features and reports that are a huge time-saver for our company. We use many features in the program as well as extended features.There are no longer any updates for SA4, and it is a very complicated program to learn.

    If you are a one stop shop, you only offer one service then this software might suit you.After 15 months, this system cost me unmeasurable losses. The system doesn't work, and their tech support personnel can't run it. There are major issues with syncing, inaccurate invoices, and analytics not working. The system doesn't track labor accurately. The company lacks integrity and refuses any liability.
