Customers like the ability to paste and copy addresses to make labels right away and the ability to import/sync records. However, there are two major flaws in the system that have been brought to the attention of ShippingEasy but have not been addressed yet. These flaws include the inability to do multiple packages and the address verification for Residential/Commercial being linked to USPS instead of FedEx.
