    Showell is very intuitive to use, but still has all the features that we required from the sales enablement tool. For us Showell has been a game-changer as now we have all our sales content in one place and our salespeople are to easily find, present and share content when they meet with customers. Being able to effectively use sales content, means that our sales is able to sell value over product features. Showell’s customer service has been excellent. I can strongly recommend Showell to anyone.In general, we are very happy with Showell and I don’t have anything negative to say. Of course some features could be even more intuitive. At the very beginning (2017) Showell's presentation editor feature was not good enough, but Showell has developed this and we are very pleased!.

    The materials are quite easy to set in the Showell. It is good that the materials can be shared via Showell and we get the information who has viewed the link. Good to be able to have different roles and user groups. Easy to use in most of the cases.From reporting is bit hard to get the information I would like to get. There should be some kind of "pivot table" type of report where I could select the information and limitations I would like to see in one page. So for example I should be able to set the report to show selected users on rows and selected materials on columns and then be able to set the time period and the information I would like to see for example times the material has been sent, times the material has been opened, the last time the material has been opened etc.

    The system is well put together and has a nice design. It works on multiple devices without any issues, and it has handy features. Customisation and branding are easy. User- as well as content management are easy and intuitive. From the user's perspective, the system is flexible enough without being complex and complicated. Also, Showell actually asks for feedback and they do develop their solution accordingly. It's great to see and experience their customer-centricity.We've been using Showell for more than a year now. I have not come across anything that I particularly dislike. Some elements can be improved, like in any system. Still, I'm satisfied as the system is constantly being developed, and we receive annual updates and new features based on their findings and their customers' feedback.
