TigerPaw is pretty slick. Their support is responsive and thorough. I find their daily ask-the-experts invaluable.Reporting. I would like to be able to design and create my own reports more easily.

Lots of promising of a solution that takes care of everything - It was a decent program at one time...1) Poor support. 2) Monthly support is not helpful. 3) Performance issues due to incorrect setup. 4) Mobile product is junk. 5) Outdated Tigerpaw University videos.
