Unleashed is a good inventory management platform with flexible usage options. However, the jump in price from small to medium plan is expensive and lacks some necessary functions for small businesses. Additional price breaks and more tiers are recommended.

Low - rated users

Unleashed works well with Xero but lied about its support for Magento 2. After paying extra for a 3rd party app, it was discovered that the connector did not work with assembled products and took stock figures from total stock quantity instead of available stock. Unleashed reps were unhelpful and did not take responsibility for the issue. No plans for a native integration with Magento 2. Bright Pearl and Cin7 are being considered as alternatives.
