Technical Support staff, for doing box data swaps and activation teams are great.Ordering and receiving equipment from Verizon Connects team is an absolute nightmare. It takes forever just to get them to confirm what you need and get it out the door. Once you get the equipment, you will find that 60-70% of the time, it is the wrong connections, etc.
