This is a general purpose welding electrode suitable for low carbon steel structures, especially thin plates with short, discontinuous welds. It can be used with both AC and DC currents and is available in various diameters. It has been approved by ABS, CCS, LR, and CE and has typical mechanical properties and chemical composition. No baking is required before use, but if the electrode is humid, it should be baked for 30-60 minutes at 150℃.
