High - rated users

The breadth of the YES program is amazing. The support we get from PACE is outstanding. Versatility is a huge plus. PACE's new YES 4.0 looks bright indeed.Due to loss of staff, support has at times in the past, been less than stellar. Their tablet interface is not ready for prime time.

They have a lot of features. They have a great way of tracking tires and associating them differently than parts. It works well for a large shop (15 bays).NOT USER FRIENDLY. It takes forever to run reports. They need to change how they run reports.
