Zello helped me stay in contact with my boss and co-workers. It was easy to use, had clear voice and great storage. It was able to record everything it said so if you ever needed to go back, you could.The only thing I disliked was how you had to have a wireless connection to be able to get in touch with everyone. If you're not connected, you're not able to use it.

I enjoyed being able to instantly communicate with my team in the plant and to either talk or send messages.It's connection is very spotty and I'm not sure how to silence my phone EXCEPT for Zello. Instructions on that would be great. But unfortunately, because it disconnects a lot, I sometimes miss messages or cannot send them.

Low - rated users

Being able to reach many people in a split second. The simplicity of design and one touch feature. No tools are required with this software. It is basically a new age walkie talkie with no extra bulky equipment.I haven't found anything to dislike. This product lets you mute when not in use. It could be better with an ability to change the interface. It works great, it just doesn't have much visual appeal.
