Zoho Inventory is a feature loaded tool and comes with multiple APIs to integrate system, frequent and timely updates, GST compliant, easy integration with Zoho Books, easy order and warehouse management, quick and easy dashboarding and pre-designed reports.Inventory In and Out Manual changes can be more user-friendly.

Low - rated users

On paper, Zoho had all the flexibility and scalability we were looking for.Zoho Inventory is incompatible with a Shopify store that has more than a few months of data. It won't import the data. It only imports the last two months of transactions from Shopify. Zoho support was not helpful and took weeks to decide that Shopify was the problem. The limitation had actually been built into Zoho and it would not be fixed in the next version update. No refund was given even though the product was not usable.
