  • 👍
    High - rated users

Automox is very responsive and has multi-platform support. The automatic scanning and live dashboard make it easy to determine compliance. The built-in live chat makes it easy to connect with support. The current reporting makes troubleshooting deployment issues difficult, but support is top-notch and this is being addressed on their roadmap.

  • 🤔
    Average - rated users

The dashboard is nice and allows a user to see what devices need to be patched. The help desk is hard to get in touch with and takes a long time to respond to issues. They need to manage a better help desk. Tickets go unresolved for weeks or months and devices can't be patched.

  • 👎
    Low - rated users

Automox has a slight learning curve, but support is great in answering any questions. Once set up, it just works and eliminates the need for manual patching. There are no negatives to Automox.
