    Confirmit is user friendly logical, flexible, solid and stable. The level of support available to customers is excellent with SLA's in the hour mark.Confirmit have been slower to develop the DIY approach and researchers tend to like the DIY build as you go approach to creating surveys that other monkey type survey offerings provide.

    Confirmit is good market research software and we can put up a survey within a few days.It took a number of months to get Confirmit running on our systems. We could not use the cloud based system since Confirmit could not guarantee which data center support would be in. The database has also caused many problems for us.

    Confirmit allows you to run surveys.Confirmit Horizons is not user friendly and way too complex if you want to run simple surveys. Email invitations do not render well on mobile devices, they have no decent templates, the (manual) coding of open answers is time consuming, the options to create and design custom reports are limited. And the product is way too expensive.
