PROS

My journey as a user of D-engage has been truly awesome. The best thing I liked about D-engage is their marketing automation process. It made most of my marketing campaigns a no-brainer.

DEngage is an easy-to-use, powerful group of tools for customer engagement and marketing automation, that lets you have an all-in-one solution for your team and company. A great Omnichannel solution.

The best thing about Dengage is that we can now engage our visitors via push notifications, emails, SMS - all from one platform and monitor the preference of different categories of customers across the various platforms without having to log in and out of various devices and then transferring data to Ms. Excel to get insights.

I think they have amazing support with the right tech people, as they help with integrations and the tool's setup, including creating campaigns. Are always ready to jump on the call and sort out solutions

Easy to use and well developed tool for customers. Highly effective use. Simply to upload and use as the program for LMS and uploading courses

The delivery rate of the Dengage email content is Good. The support team is also responsive.

Relational data tables let you segment and target customers accurately.

Performance and scalability, easiness of integration

CONS

There is nothing to dislike about D-engage. It is already providing its users with unique client journeys, and I believe it will continue to do so. I wish it improvises its already existing services day by day.

Actually, there is little to dislike about this software. Maybe the lack of plugins or templates could be something to address, especially for new users and Do-It-Yourself people. It can be overwhelming for some users less comfortable with software solutions

Dengage does not have a lot of templates for a DIY user. To compensate for this, they provide a high level of personalized support which is really great!

The integration takes time as they don't have plugins set up already for major eCommerce platforms, so it takes time to set up. They said they are developing these and if they do, that would give this tool an edge over others.

Nothing much on the down side works pretty well. Well developed no dislikes so far.

A few marketing automation campaigns, like cart abandonment, have to be created in SQL code. This is not possible for every user and has to be improved.

Few campaign scenarios rely on JS or SQL knowledge, which we get quick solution from the dengage team.

No real problems currently. At start phase of the product, it hasn't ready for extremely high load
