Customers have some issues with communication and the need for more information in the header. Easy to use.They need to have the city, state where the applicant is - in the header so you don't have to open the file to know. That would save a lot of time. CrimCheck has a serious communication problem. Did Bunnie leave? She was always responsive to tickets and none were ever outstanding. It's been terrible lately.

Customers appreciate the ability to customize the platform and streamline their recruiting process, but some features are buried in the settings section. We've been able to customize the Hiring Thing platform to meet all of our needs. Best of all, the platform is cost effective for us and easy and intuitive for the end user. They also have great support and I love the chat option for help with issues and questions. We also use the HiringThing white label to share our workflows and processes with other companies in our industry.Some of the best features are a little buried in the settings section, so you'll have to be careful to go through each option very carefully to get the most out of the tool.
