OctopusPro makes it extremely easy to manage our staff, customers, bookings, invoicing, payments, sales campaigns and a whole lot more. Our entire team are very impressed. OctopusPro really has too many features to mention in this review. A few features to mention: - Technician AND customer facing app - Very helpful dashboard - Jobs status notification to clients - Ability for field workers to manage a job end to end (job check in, arrived onsite, work completed, accept payment), etc. - Very responsive Customer Service.

The software is great for dispatching and does what it is supposed to.The fact that they are based in New Zealand and it takes forever for the pages to load. Also, the techs were not a fan either as they would receive multiple notifications and could not continue until they answered the notification. A lot of steps to get one item completed.
