High - rated users
Quick and easy to use. Gives a quick overview at a glance. Able to add features that are personalised to what we need it for. Ability to manage tasks via the portal. Staff very helpful along with the guidance sheets that can be found.At first, it didn't show a true picture as the options were either valid or invalid. Reporting feature had a few technical issues at first - again these have been resolved.
