Prime Pay is very easy to work with. Prime Pay works with me to deal with all payroll issues that happen during each fiscal business year.

I like that i am able to get in and get new employees set up with little to no real hoops to jump over or through. Payroll can often be very concerning and stressful for us accounting/ bookkeeping professionals - prime pay just makes it easy - it is intuitive and often very easy to correct mistakes.Sometimes the updates prove to be not business logical. They changed the way in which you update pay amounts and its a dated system and was very hard to correct or understand. Also the employee site is less then friendly and very much a thing that none of our employees use.

There is nothing I like about this software and unfortunately the company I work for uses this software. The frustration and complete lack of support the help desk provided. Their answer was 'We know there's an issue. We cannot help but your employer should have the information.' I then asked about my 401K and the desk was even more useless saying 'I think you need to contact your employer'. This is unacceptable and, I, the person requesting their own information, should have access to MY personal salary benefits. Is it even legal for your company to withhold them from me?.
